Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Always approachable. The site itself is so welcoming and reassuring that our family have been welcomed into a family rather that as nursing team.

Excellent nursing care!
Made to feel welcome.
Animals welcome!
Beautiful gardens and excellent facilities such as TV/lounge, dining room.
Tea and coffee etc offered at all times - excellent all round end of life. Care - thank you.
As we spent quite a few weeks visiting a small camp by the red dining chairs would be useful for reading late without being useful for or without having to put the "bright lights on" plus maybe a small tablet put your coffee/books on.

I can't thank Marie Bonus enough. She arranged help for me and my husband who has MND. I'd asked different people to arrange help and they all agreed I needed it but nothing was done. Marie visited me at home and was so supportive and kind, she arranged carers straight away and gave me lots of helpful advice and contact numbers. She goes the extra mile to help and we are very grateful. Thank you Doreen and Bill Allan.

Escorted to and from treatment room.
Treatment adapted to cater for my mobility issues.
Friendly staff.
No improvements I can think of.
